Andrew
Pakula is a seasoned entrepreneur
and corporate media and advertising executive with a strong
understanding of
digital technology.
Andy
is the founding partner of
WiOffer, LLC, a New York based digital media company that has
developed and
launched the WiO 2nd Screen interactive advertising platform.
WiO is a
proprietary patent-pending technology using ACR and Speech
Recognition
technology that enables television, radio, print, out-of-home,
and place-based
media advertisers and branded programmers to wirelessly deliver
promotional
offers and information to consumers seamlessly on their
smartphone, tablet and
other mobile devices.
Before
WiOffer, Andy was a
senior founding advisor with Silicon & Madison Associates
(SMA), a
consultancy firm that advised emerging technology companies,
media companies,
leading brands, entertainment companies and venture capitalists
on emerging new
media. Within SMA, Andy developed One Minute Media's
Know-It-In-A-Minute an
online and mobile digital video company where he introduced an
early
pay-per-click-view media model for branded online videos.
Prior
to Silicon & Madison,
Andy was founder and CEO of ORB, an award winning ROI digital
marketing firm
where he developed a breakthrough ad serving technology which
supported the
first performance based media models for leading national
advertisers. Andy was
also EVP / partner of The Interactive Marketing Agency
predecessor company of
Softbank Interactive Marketing, Inc. where he participated in
developing and
implementing of Yahoo!'s initial ad strategies and sales
initiatives.
Before
IMA, Andy was Senior
Partner, Co-Director of Interactive Media Development at Bozell
Worldwide, a
$2.5 billion advertising agency. Andy worked on Bozell's
interactive
initiatives which included working with Bozell division’s
poppe.com and
DoubleClick. Andy began his career at Bozell as Senior Partner,
New Business
Director. He's also held new business positions at Slater Hanft
Martin and
Deutsch.
Before
Deutsch, Andy founded
Spectrumedia Network, Inc., an airport digital billboard network
company, and
was also a partner at AMTECH, where he co-developed an
interactive kiosk retail
sales system installed in high-volume locations. Prior to SMN,
Andy started his
career as a media planner at Wells Rich Greene Advertising.

including
Johnson & Johnson, Walgreens, P&G, Citigroup, Sony,
PetSmart,

Andy
was a founding member of the
Internet Advertising Bureau and received numerous awards
including Deloitte
& Touché FAST 50 and FAST 500 and an Ad Age Web
Warrior. Andy has been
guest speaker at leading industry conferences including the
Social TV Summit, Advertising
Research Foundation, JFAM, PMA, Camp Internet, Cable Audit
Associates
Conference, MFM Conference, and the DMA. Throughout his career,
Andy has
written and published many articles and industry white papers on
digital
marketing ROI and has appeared in The New York Times, Adweek, Ad
Age, TV Week, DM
News, Business 2.0, Tech Crunch, CNN Fortune, TV Week, Venture
Magazine,
Nations Business, Brand Week, CNBC and CNN. Andy holds a US
patent for
electronic digital displays and is a graduate of the University
of Hartford’s
Barney School of Business with a B.S. degree in Business
Management.
Matthew Greene — Co-Founder, President
Matthew is a well-known thought leader, innovator and published essayist in the digital advertising and media industry.
Matt's latest venture was called Click2Mortarâ¢, which is a SaaS-based technology platform which seeks to answer the most important question facing retailers and manufacturers today: "is my online advertising driving sales at my offline retail stores, and how much"? Working with Peter Kools as the company's Chief Technology Advisor, Peter was the co-Founding CTO of Acerno which was later acquired by Akamai in 2008 for a reported $100 Million.
Prior to Click2Mortar, in 2002 Matt founded the Blue Ribbon Digital (BRD) interactive agency which boasted having launched the e-commerce and branding-related digital advertising for biggest-in-class online and offline manufacturers and retailers. Some of BRD's clients included: The Estee Lauder Companies (12 major brands), Discount Tire Company (e-Commerce and retail), Smashbox Cosmetics, and others.
Some of BRD's innovations include creating and/or deploying many firsts: Search Engine Marketing; geo-targeted display advertising; behavioral and re-targeting techniques; cross-media analytics and online-to-offline conversion accountability.
Before founding Blue Ribbon Digital, Matt was SVP Strategy & Business Development for ORB Digital which was at the forefront of online media, technology and ROI - helping major brands such as Sony, AT&T, Citibank and others determine the right balance of online media to achieve accountable, acceptable returns on investments.
Prior to joining the digital revolution, Matt's career took him to some of the biggest and best traditional advertising agencies, in account management. Matt enjoyed ever-increasing roles and responsibilities at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and Ammirati & Puris, on such diverse businesses as American Express, Unilever, Hardee's, NeXT Computers and Chiquita Brands.
Matt prides himself on staying abreast of the very latest technological innovations in the online media, mobile and digital conversion arena, and has often been an early adopter across the digital media frontier.
